Little Ayah: Quran for Kids is operated by Baha Mustafa. Parents can contact bhaatobase93@gmail.com about privacy or support. This policy covers the app and these support pages.

Children and local information

The app does not require an account, real name, date of birth, email, camera, microphone or location. An optional nickname, chosen avatar, preferences, favorites, reading position and practice history are stored on the device. The app does not upload these local learning records to our backend or RevenueCat. Device backups may contain app data according to your device settings. The app has no advertising or advertising tracking.

Delivering Quran content

Internet access is used to retrieve Quran text through our Cloudflare-hosted service, and to download Quran Foundation fonts and recitation audio from content servers including audio.qurancdn.com. Receiving services process IP addresses and ordinary request information, such as requested content and connection details, to deliver and protect their services. Requests can identify the surah, ayah, word or Mushaf page being loaded. Our content service caches public Quran data; its code does not store profiles or learning histories, and Worker observability logging is disabled. Providers may separately keep operational or security records under their own policies.

Purchases, where enabled

Apple or Google handles payment information. We do not receive payment-card numbers. On iOS, subscription services connect only after a parent passes the parental gate and explicitly agrees to connect. We remember this permission on the device for subsequent subscription checks. Free learning can be used without this connection. RevenueCat processes a generated app-user identifier, an Apple vendor device identifier, purchase and subscription records, store receipts, and technical connection information including IP address to validate purchases, restore access and report subscription activity. We do not supply a child’s name, nickname or practice history to RevenueCat. In test versions with subscriptions disabled, the app does not initialize RevenueCat’s purchase service.

Support and optional diagnostics

If a parent emails us, we receive the sender’s address and the contents they choose to send, through Gmail. The app can also prepare audio diagnostics containing playback events and content identifiers. These stay local unless you explicitly share them through the device’s share sheet. Please review any attachment and avoid sending personal information about a child.

Retention and choices

Local settings remain until changed or app data is removed. Audio files are temporarily cached and can be evicted. Removing the app normally removes local app data; device backups or restoration may retain or restore it. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve requests and related issues. Purchase records may remain as needed for subscription access, restoration, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Service providers apply their own retention practices; deleting the app does not erase store transaction records or cancel subscriptions.

Parents may email us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to raise a concern about information concerning a child. We may need limited information to verify and locate a request. We cannot access or erase local device records remotely. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information is shared with service providers for the purposes described here, or when legally required.

Providers and changes

Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Read their policies: Cloudflare, Quran Foundation, RevenueCat, Apple and Google. These support pages use no analytics scripts, advertising or application cookies. We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change.
